I tried every step except revisiting links, i don't seem to have a mail to go through anymore (bought it long time ago). Can this be resent?
I can see my badge, but can't change any of my skins :( Profile in question: profile/58181532

    You can only change your skins in-game these days. If you are in-game there will be a customize player link in the esc-menu which will open the customization menu

    Sorry, but i already found that menu.
    As you can see in the screenshot http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=335022640 i did recieve the badge, but i can't switch any other Skins

    Did you redeemed your skin key in steam yet? You can find it after logging into here https://www.humblebundle.com/home with the same email you used to buy the reinforcement package.

    Otherwise right-click at ns2 in your steam library and look under priorities -> dlc if the reinforcement package is activated.

    I can't log in with a humblebundle account since i don't have one.
    I found the mail from paypal though about confirmation of the purchase at humblebundle ... but that's it (from 29. Sep 2013 21:47:26 MESZ)

    I don't have any DLC content selectable in steam.
    After further investigation, i only found one email from unkownworlds about a database bug with infos about a key resender, that link is dead already and mentions twitter and not skins though. But that's the only one i got from unknownworlds for the adress used in the purchase.

    Do i need to create a humblebundle account first to get the skins? I got the badge and just read about some issues with the skins at that time so i ignored it, not really a big deal - i'm just tired of rechecking if they're there (since some of the reports suggests "that fixes it, but might take a few hours") which now pushed itself to be annoying.
    Well part of it is also that the game has kept up pushing updates and tries to monetize on skins only - so i kind of wanted the ones i bought already before i get more ;)

    Contact humble bundle support using that same email address and explain your issue, providing the details such as paypal confirmation numbers etc.
    We cannot help you from here, the DLC system is handled entirely by them.

    Best create a humble account with the given email before contacting the humble support makes it easier for both sides.

    Thanks for confirming that i need a humblebundle account for it to work.
    I could claim the Keys after creating one and everything works now :), FYI: there is no Reinforcement DLC in my Steam (but i suppose that doesn't really matter)
