The "you're squad 1-5" sounds from NS1 should be re-added. So while marines are running a victory lap you can promote everybody to... SQUAD 5!
I assumed this was always an oversight in NS2. They're in the (NS1) ns\sound\hud folder under squad1-5.wav, as I'm not sure if they were included in the NS2.fev
