NOW for the aiming I really hope that it's not standard swing mouse click shoot
SIMPLE ANALOGY make dual miniguns act like 2 sentry turrets that you controll separately by left or right clicking somewhere
I imagine the exo slowly advancing while constantly shooting with the miniguns which don't aim at the same target you got the left one shooting at that harvester over in the front and the right one locked on to a skulk or something skulk gets killed You then move your mouse over the harvester and right click the right minigun aims at the harvester You left click in the middle of a door way over to your front right, the left minigun aims at the doorway.
Epicness? the shoot button for exo could be like...... space ... or something.
Now if you're thinking LOCKING ON TO TARGETS = OP. You only have 2 miniguns. if you get swarmed you're basically done and if an onos shows itself. you better aim both miniguns at it. battle of the giants.
I really don't want the exo to just be a large heavy armored marine
ONOS + Gorges == EXO + a few marines
AND MAYBE you could link up both miniguns I guess using like R to link / unlink the 2 miniguns. while linked I guess you could aim like a regular marine.
