<div class="IPBDescription">Leave it in for a while</div>Could we leave in game-starting with one player for a while? It makes it easier to test alone without special settings. If other people are connecting, they will do so in a few seconds anyways.

It can still be fixed before NS2 goes gold.

you can test on your own by starting your own server, then type "cheats 1" in the console. The game will start.

Or launch a local dedicated server on your pc, join that and add bots via the server console. That way you will get the correct game behaviour like timings on upgrades, build times etc.

The webadmin interface allows you to turn on cheats or dev mode (or add bots) on non-local servers. I think the wiki has directions on setting it up.
